Mondays

  • I will e-mail all Club Reps and Cup Organisers with a link to the provisional schedule of the fixtures that I understand to be being played on the following Sunday

  • I will e-mail all referees with a list of those who I understand to be available for the following Sunday

By midnight on Tuesday

  • All clubs must check my schedule and notify me of any changes, cancellations, additions or errors

  • Referees must check the schedule and notify me of any changes to their availability with any additional (hopeful!) available referees making themselves known

By Wednesday midnight

  •  I will post the appointments on the website  and e-mail notification  to Club Reps, Cup Organisers and Referees - anyone can ask me to add their e-mail addresses to my distribution list.

By Thursday midnight

  • Club Reps must make contact with referees to confirm arrangements.  If they do not, then non-contacted referees should try to contact the Club Rep of the appointed home side and then, if unsuccessful they should contact the Club Rep of an unappointed game themselves, if there is enough time - at their discretion.

  • Any last minute changes or cancellations - the home Club Rep must notify the referee and send an e-mail to me.

  • Any last minute unavailability of the referee after Wednesday midnight - the ref must notify the Club Rep of the home side and send me an e-mail  I will endeavour appoint a replacement if there is a referee available. 

  • If games are cancelled do not assume the original referee is available - a fresh appointment will be made
